📄 HPC AFFILIATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering or participating in the platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using or promoting the platform.

I. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REWARD POINTS (RP)

1. Introduction

   These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of Reward Points (RP) on HpcAffiliates.com – a community-powered rewards platform for micro-merchants. RP is a non-monetary loyalty reward point distributed by the admin to all premium users to incentivize user purchases and platform activity.

2. Definition of Terms
   • “User” or “You”: An individual or entity accessing or participating in the HPC Affiliate Program.
   • “Affiliate Program”: The platform’s referral and reward system.
   • “Referral Bonus”: Direct referral commission or sponsorship bonus earned from inviting new users.
   • “Group Bonus”: Total unilevel commission earned by a user from their entire generational network structure.
   • “Matrix”: The structural mechanism within the platform used to determine the distribution of reward points.
   • “Unilevel”: A multi-level network structure covering levels 1 to 20 of the generational hierarchy.
   • “Personal RP Volume”: A user's qualifying reward points accumulated within a one-month snapshot period, used to determine eligibility for the unilevel group bonus.
   • “RP Commission (Unilevel)”: The user's balance earned from the unilevel structure.
   • “RP Commission (Matrix)”: The user's balance earned from the matrix structure.
   • “Unilevel Rewards”: The total RP commission a user earns through the unilevel system.
   • “Total Reward Points Earned”: The all-time total reward points a user has accumulated.
   • “Subscription Balance”: The number of subscription credits available to the user, which can be used to activate a premium account. One subscription credit equals 30 days of activation.
   • “Prepaid Credit Balance”: The user’s spendable PHP balance that can be used to purchase products and services on the platform.
   • “Subscription Package”: The activation key used by a user to unlock premium features and tools on the platform.
   • “My Store”: The user's personal dashboard for monitoring account activity and tools.
   • “Shop”: The platform's shopping page where users can purchase products and services offered.
3. Nature of RP
   • RP is a promotional loyalty reward point used for user purchases of products, services, and subscriptions.
   • RP is not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency, or an investment instrument.
   • RP cannot be purchased by free users.
   • RP does not earn interest or generate passive income.
4. RP Issuance
   • RP is issued by platform admin through verified premium users as a reward for purchases, gifts, activities, or promotional events.
   • Only premium users can purchase RP credits from the admin at a 10% discounted rate.
   • Free users can only receive RP from premium users or the platform; they cannot top up RP directly.
   • Free users may transfer RP to their own RP balances (Unilevel/Matrix) to qualify for monthly group bonus rewards.
5. RP Redemption
   • RP may be redeemed for approved goods, services, gift items, or cash equivalents at the platform’s discretion.
   • Redemption of RP Commission (Unilevel) is subject to a 15% service and system fee.
   • Redemption of RP Commission (Matrix) is subject to a 5% service and system fee.
   • Redeemed RP may be permanently removed ("burned") from circulation.
   • The platform reserves the right to deny redemption if abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected. Redemption is a privilege, not a right.
   • All cash redemptions are subject to applicable platform fees. Users are responsible for reporting RP earnings in compliance with local tax laws. The platform does not deduct or remit taxes on behalf of users.
6. Unilevel Group Bonus Rewards
   • RP transfers trigger unilevel group rewards, where eligible users earn based on their referrals and team structure.
   • Free and premium users must meet a minimum monthly personal volume of 125 RP to qualify.
   • Unilevel rewards are paid in RP and follow platform-defined conditions and limits.
   • All users are eligible to participate in the monthly unilevel group bonus distribution.
7. Premium Users Responsibilities
   • Premium users may distribute RP to customers as part of loyalty rewards.
   • They must not redeem RP for profit without a legitimate transaction or misuse RP for arbitrage.
   • Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
   • Premium users must maintain an active subscription to retain premium privileges.
8. Prohibited Activities

   To ensure compliance with national regulations, the following are strictly prohibited:

   • Using RP or the platform to simulate investment schemes inside or outside the platform.
9. Disclaimers
   • The platform is not responsible for RP lost due to user negligence, password sharing, or third-party fraud.
   • RP values and redemption terms may change without prior notice.
   • All RP transactions are auditable and monitored for compliance.
10. Legal Standing

    The RP system is designed to comply with local laws. RP is not classified as electronic money, a crypto asset, or a security. Users will be informed of any regulatory changes affecting RP.

II. PRIVACY POLICY

(Aligned with the Philippine DPA and GDPR)

1. Introduction

   We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable international standards.

2. Information We Collect
   • Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, address
   • Transaction Data: Wallet credits, RP history, purchases
3. How We Use Your Data
   • To operate the platform and provide services
   • To process transactions (e.g., prepaid wallets, RP credits)
   • To prevent fraud and abuse
   • To communicate updates and promotions
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
   • We do not sell user data.
   • Data may be shared with payment processors, hosting providers, or legal authorities as required.
5. User Rights
   • Right to access and correct personal data
   • Right to opt out of marketing communications
6. Data Retention & Security
   • Data is retained only as long as necessary for operations
   • All data is encrypted and securely stored
7. Updates to the Policy

   Any changes will be published with an updated version date.

III. FREE USER AGREEMENT

1. Introduction

   This agreement governs the usage of Free Accounts on HpcAffiliates.com.

2. Eligibility
   • Earn Reward Points (RP) for every purchase from merchants or the website
   • Earn 10% referral commission when inviting users who upgrade to Premium
   • Participate in the monthly Unilevel Group Bonus Rewards (upon qualification)
   • Redeem RP for products, services, or cash equivalents
   • Purchase products using their Prepaid Credit Balance (PHP)
   • Upgrade to a Premium Account anytime
3. Fees and Subscription
   • No subscription fees are required for free users
   • Users must accumulate at least 125 RP personal volume monthly to qualify for group bonus rewards
4. RP Purchase Privileges
   • Free users cannot purchase RP
5. Restrictions & Termination
   • The admin may limit privileges or revoke access due to abuse or fraud

IV. PREMIUM USER AGREEMENT

1. Introduction

   This agreement applies to users of Premium Accounts on HpcAffiliates.com. Includes all Free account benefits, plus:

   • Premium users must maintain an active account status to enjoy full benefits.
   • Submit a valid ID and business registration (if applicable).
3. Fees and Subscription
   • Subscription Package: PHP 600.00 + PHP 72.00 (12% VAT)
   • Monthly Subscription: Requires one subscription credit, manually activated by the user
4. RP Purchase Privileges
   • Premium users can purchase RP at a 10% discounted rate
   • RP must be used exclusively for rewarding legitimate online and offline customer purchases
5. Restrictions & Termination
   • Admin may restrict or terminate access in cases of abuse or fraud.
